What is Online Patient Services?
Patient Services (formerly known as Vision Online Service) is our online ordering service enabling you to order repeat prescriptions at your convenience.
How to register
To register for Online Patient Services, please print and complete our registration form or ask for one at reception.
Return the completed form to the practice in person, along with one valid form of identification, for example:
- photo ID
- passport
- driving licence
- birth certificate
Once you're registered, the practice will email you the information that will enable you to create your own username and password. When you receive the email, go to the website on your registration letter to complete and activate your Patient Services account; then you can start using the service to order your repeat prescriptions.
Once your Patient Services account is activated you can go to Online Patient Services or click on the button to "Sign in to Patient Services" on the top bar of every page on our website.

If you're already registered you can go straight to Online Patient Services to login.
Note there's a button to "Sign in to Patient Services" on the top bar of every page on our website so you can access the service easily in future.
Please try to order all repeat prescription items at one time for convenience and order in plenty of time so that you do not run out of your medication.
The practice requires ‘TWO WORKING DAYS’ NOTICE to prepare the repeat prescription order for the chemist and the chemist usually requires a further 24 hours to dispense the medication. Non repeat items may take longer to process as the GP will need to review and authorise the requested item.
