Public Holidays & Staff Training Closures in 2024
We will be CLOSED ALL DAY on the following public holidays, as agreed by NHS Tayside for General Practice:

We will be CLOSED in the afternoons from 1pm to 6pm on the following days for staff training:

On staff training days you can still contact the practice for urgent queries while we are closed. The receptionist will ask for a summary of your problem and will signpost you accordingly or if URGENT will refer you to the Out of Hours team, who will then contact you to address your concern.
During times we are closed
If you take regular medications, please ensure you check you have enough left to cover times we are closed. It's also important not to over order, so only request what you need, and make sure you don’t run out of anything during that time. Find out how to order repeat prescriptions. Remember, if you have a long term condition, you may also qualify for long term repeat prescriptions.
If you are ill on a day or time when the surgery is closed and you can’t wait until it reopens, check who you should contact. Help may be available from a range of NHS services, from your pharmacy and minor injuries unit, to NHS Inform and NHS 24 on 111.
