Are you looking to deal with weight issues? There is help available locally.

Winning Weigh is an NHS Tayside free interactive, friendly and fun-filled healthy lifestyle weight management programme for anyone who is overweight and who wants to do something about it.  The focus of Winning Weigh is not just about weight loss but helping you to make changes towards a healthier lifestyle.  Winning Weigh is aimed at people with a Body Mass Index of 25 but less than 35, with no obesity related co-morbitities (Diabetes, CHD, Hypertension, Sleep Apnoea).  To work about your Body Mass Index you need to divide your weight in kilograms (kg) by your height in metres squared (m2).  For example:

       78kg

(1.65m x 1.65m)    = 28.6
